Re U.S. customers:  We use Flat Rate boxes, USPS Ground Advantage, or even UPS. My shipping program gives me the best rate to get items to you. Rods over 20 inches usually ship UPS.  Most boxes now include free insurance up to $100.00. I include insurance on all other orders.

Re International Customers. Currently we are just shiping to Canada and Australia.

After you place an order you can also check your account to see the status of that order or print an extra invoice from the website. Your order confirmation email has my phone # on it. For other questions please email and tell me if you want me to call you.  Please be sure to sign up for the newsletter too...Thanks! 

All sales are final. We don't refund for Effetre color variations as glass that you don't want can easily be resold online in destash groups.
