Shipping & Returns

A quick word about shipping! USPS required us to update our shipping module in anticipation of new shipping prices in January (2026). The price our website estimates now is 2 to 3 times what actual shipping ends up being. We use Pirate Ship so get huge discounts. Which we refund to you when we ship.There is no way to tie Pirate Ship into our website. We are stuck with USPS. (Yes. Those are actual USPS Business Rates!)

Re U.S. customers:  We use Flat Rate boxes, USPS Ground Advantage, or even UPS. My shipping program gives me the best rate to get items to you. Rods over 20 inches usually ship UPS.  Most boxes now include free insurance up to $100.00. I include insurance on all other orders.

Re International Customers. At the Current time I have reatarted shipping to Australia and Canada.

After you place an order you can also check your account to see the status of that order or print an extra invoice from the website. Your order confirmation email has my phone # on it. All sales are final. We don't refund for Effetre color variations as glass that you don't want can easily be resold online in destash groups.
